Crit On My Reel!

Join us for the second installment of “Crit On My Reel” demo reel critique! Experience the catharsis and growth that comes from a peer critique of one of the most pervasive sales tools in the industry. This is a chance to get industry feedback on just who your viewers are meeting when they view your demo reel. So, if you’ve been delaying updating (or even creating your first) montage of your brightest and best work, hop to it! The rules for the evening are, whether you are presenting your work or not, constructive critique is supreme! So, whether editor, composer, colorist, animator, motion graphics designer, or filmmaker, prepare to bring the goods! Lastly, even if it’s your aging reel of 10 years, get the opinions you haven’t been getting… put it up there!
A NOTE FOR THOSE BRINGING A REEL: YouTube or Vimeo links are best, but if you have a clip on your phone or laptop, you should be able to Airplay® to the projector without issue.
In addition to your opinions, feel free to bring whatever snacks or beverages you’d like to consume while you consume your colleagues’ brightest and best visual work. We’ll have deliciousness lying about as well.
